Mobilia service allows you to receive information on the balance and all changes on account via your mobile phone.
What does Mobilia service offer?
For using Mobilia service it is enough to have a current account with our Bank and mobile phone number registered for this service. You can register mobile phone number at the closest Bank branch.
Mobilia service is always available in the country and abroad and you can use it in Serbian, English and French.
Our Bank offers you the following options within Mobilia service
- SMS info (automatic notifications on account balance, payments and from and to the account, changes and credit card debit). You can specify minimum or maximum amounts and the time interval and the companies for which you want to receive the information. To activate this service, contact your personal banker.
- SMS query (notifications on account balance, transactions, incoming payments, outgoing payments you get by sending a query)

- Send the SMS to 2323 (available for all mobile operators)
- You will get an SMS with required information within few seconds
Mobilia service costs
- SMS info – 7 RSD for each received SMS
- SMS query – the price of outgoing message of the mobile operator + 7 RSD for received SMS with required information
